Highly recommend this house Clean with everything you need and close to everything

I booked Chris's house to stay with friends from out of town for my 40th Birthday celebrations. I was SO happy to find a place with nine single beds (no couples in the group). The lounge/dining space had plenty of room for sitting around all together, and we all had our own space for sleeping. It was super close to the bars/pubs when we went out, so there was no need to bother with Ubers or designated drivers. Chris was very kind in suggesting potential venues for drinks. The house has a bit of road noise because it is on an intersection with a busy main road that gets fire engines and ambulance traffic. We fully expected this, and it wasn't enough to prevent sleeping. I highly recommended it!

The location was perfect for us & our needs. Chris switched us into another property but it offered more space so that was great. We liked the open design of the space.
