Fantastic home with fantastic hosts. Rented for my moms surprise 70th birthday. Mary Ann was super responsive and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Home was super clean and was exactly as described in the listing! Views were amazing and was just steps away from the beach!!! Had the best time! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!!

This home is everything it says it is. I loved my stay! There were 11 of us and we had more than enough room. A couple of the rooms are pretty small but you can tell from the pictures. The ocean view room on the second floor is amazing to wake up to! This home is literally steps away from the beach and the town itself is perfect. The grocery store is a two minute drive away and there are so many cute shops and restaurants. The host is kind, helpful, and extremely responsive. If I had to find one thing to critique it would be the long walk to the hot tub. You have to go up quite a few stairs, but once you get up there it's beautiful. I would go back in a heartbeat. Great place!

House was perfect and fully equipped for our large group. Owners were responsive and very friendly. Centrally located steps from the beach which was awesome.

I came here with a dozen other girls for my sister's Bachelorette Party. This really was the perfect place to stay in LBI for her special event. We were a few feet away from the beach and ocean, walking distance to plenty of shops, and had more than enough space to entertain all of the guests. Mary Ann even provided a box of Bachelorette goodies for us, such as games and shot glasses. A couple of places we went out nearby to celebrate included DaddyO's (classy bar and restaurant with rooftop and outdoor patio) and Nardy's (casual bar where everyone has plenty of drinks and dances to the cool live music). Our last stop was for brunch at the Chicken or the Egg, a must have when in LBI! Overall, my sister and I were very pleased with our stay and would definitely consider booking Mary Ann's lovely home again.

Mary Ann is a great host. She made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Her house is everything and more. The beach is just steps from the house. I just want to go back there as soon as I can escape work!
