Well , It was a fantastic stay ! First , the host is a very nice guy and helpful and always there when you need him , he extended the check-out time for me to match my flight time and also he didn't charge me anything when i asked for one extra night ! , away from the money but it was really a nice thing from him ! , and also he was very fast when something need to fix ! Second , the place is very clean and modern with many extra things that you may need during your stay , the kitchen is very well decorated , the beds are very comfortable and the bath is super clean and modern .. Third , the area is very safe and you can walk anytime with a calm mind , many supermarkets nearby "5-8 min walking" and 10 min to sants station .. Finally , i stayed there for 39 days and it felt exactly like home Highly recommended and worth the money

Our family of four enjoyed our one month stay at this beautiful new apartment. The location is great and the host was prompt in replying to our questions. A minor feed back I have is that there is no security deposit box in the unit. I did not feel at ease leaving my valuable items at home. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely visit again when we return to Barcelona! Thank you, Jack

This place was great - exactly what you see in the pictures - brand new, squeaky clean, top-notch TV, Nespresso machine (with free pods), etc. Additionally, Juan Carlos, the host, was really nice, super responsive, and flexible with check-in and checkout. Pro tip: the restaurant downstairs (the one that is part of the building) is really good. Would highly recommend.
