We couldn't be more pleased with the The Landmark of Cozumel. Set in a quiet building with 24 hour security, the unit was stunning. The Apartment was full of high quality details from the crown moulding to commissioned art to the furniture selections. We visited Cozumel for a Dive trip with our 17 year old son so it was perfect for 5 days with 2 (very spacious) bedrooms/ensuite baths. Each room has floor to ceiling views of the sunset with private access to the very large and beautifully appointed terrace. (teak dining table & chairs, comfortable wicker sitting furniture & 2 lounge chairs. This unit could comfortably fit a family of 6 with room to spare. John supplied beach towels for use. The beach directly across the road (with great snorkeling). The only negative (not for us) would be the loud music from the Money Bar (when they have it). Even with the doors closed, it's quite loud, but we enjoyed it. We travel all over the world highly recommend staying at Johns. Thanks John!

The Landmark was a perfect location for the Ironman race. It is a little ways outside of town which makes it more relaxing and peaceful. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were very clean with a beautiful view.

Una maravilla de lugar! El departamento es amplio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado. El trato de la gente fue muy amable. Los amenices estaban geniales aunque el gimnasio solo disponía de dos bicicletas. Lo único que me molestó porque iba con un bebé fue el bar del frente que toca música muy fuerte hasta la 9 y luego pasa todos los días un camión al mismo bar que hace muchísimo ruido por un buen rato. Pero todo lo demás estuvo increíble y Jhon se mostró super dispuesto a ayudar. Volvería 100%

John’s place was fantastic and John was a great host and communicator. The condo is spacious, well-decorated, sparkling clean, and well-attended and the staff at the Landmark were friendly and accommodating. The beds, pillows, and couches were all very comfortable and of high quality. The kitchen is well-stocked and the washer and dryer were a wonderful convenience. It’s located away from the bustle of the downtown cruise ship area and about 15 minutes by car to the dive shops on the south side of the island. The Money Bar across the street is super convenient for drinks, meals, beach access, and snorkeling. Their live music nights on the weekends are a bit loud if not partaking, but they end promptly at 9pm. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back to stay again!

We were lucky enough to be John’s first guests! The Landmark is a beautiful place with an emphasis on security, luxury and having everything you need at hand. Landmark’s staff was responsive every time we needed anything. The Moneybar across the street had amazing snorkeling from shore and delicious food whenever you wanted it. Highlights from the menu - Nachos! Coconut shakes! Pina Coladas! Enjoy your time on Cozumel at John’s place - you will not regret it!
