my team & I enjoyed staying at Teddy’s so much we ended up wanting to extend for 2 nights more! we stayed at his listing because we had a project nearby, and coming home after a long day of work to Teddy’s had been our highlight of the week. the apartment was everything we needed and more. I can tell Teddy’s team put a lot of care & attention to details and guests’ needs.Honestly it felt like we stayed at a hotel!They even provided 3 type of towels for each guest.Hot water ran smoothly, and it didn’t get cold quick, like many other heater in apartments.They gave complimentary snacks, instant noodles, cooking oil, even face masks.Cooking utensils are also provided. When we encountered an issue with the stove, Ibnu & Teddy quickly came to our aid.Teddy & Ibnu are super responsive, kind, and efficient.Our team felt we were being taken care of & we’re definitely staying at Teddy’s again in the future if we ever have other work in the area.thank you Teddy & Ibnu:)

Kami tinggal di Permata Hijau suites mulai tgl 20/2/2924–26/2/2024 1. hari pertama pengambilan key apartment kami harus menunggu di lobby 1 jam tanpa pemberitahuan kalau ada keterlambatan check in dgn alasan kamar sedang di bersihkan. kami datang sesuai waktu yang ditetapkan. Owner responsif, namun kami tetap harus menunggu di lobby tanpa kejelasan kapan bisa masuk. 2. Unit dapur tempat cuci piring sangat kotor seperti byk sisa supermie. Peralatan dapur juga kotor, tidak ada tempat sampah. 3. Kamar juga tidak dibersihkan dengan baik, handuk juga tidak di ganti. Tidak ada layanan cleaning service. 4. Kamar mandi banyak semut 5. Ventilasi udara tidak baik (bau selokan di dalam unit) 6. Tidak ada microwave 7. Tidak ada teko air panas 8. Akses apartment ini (naik turun) harus ada yang antar, krn akses card hanya 1. Intinya unit tidak sesuai dengan foto yang di tawarkan. Kurang memuaskan. Tidak bersih. 9. Foto yang ditampilkan di Airbnb deceiving.

This is the best property you can get in area, really worth with price. Everything is clear, no hidden agenda, the photos are exactly same as you will find in the unit. Thanks Teddy and the rest of team for your generous hospitality. Sure, we will come back one day!
