I booked for two full weeks the host couldn't even arrange weekly cleaning for me she said i must pay. I was not proved with basics such as tea/coffee, shampoo,hairdryer,new towels, toilet paper etc during my stay. The apartment is facing main road and the cars make so much noise through out the day to night. The apartment is so hot it requires an Aircon. My worst experience was the access codes for going in and out of the estate it was very frustrating because the host has to send a code to open the gate and the codes expires after certain hours and the host would sometimes forget to send me the codes and i would be stuck in the morning not able to go out and be late for work when i phone the host she does not pick at one point I was 45 minutes late.

Gcina is the best host - was super communicative and helpful. Very flexible to our extension to stay. The apartment is fabulously maintained it was a true pleasure to stay at Gcina’s place and we look forward to coming back. Thank you so so much!
