This is a great house. 6 of us stayed for a weekend. Its well equiped and just 4km from Clifden. We really enjoyed our stay. The second toilet and shower upstairs was great for 6 adults
Logement cosy et très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique tout en étant à proximité de la ville.
Beautiful location, just 3km from Clifden and a quick drive to nearby Maumturk and 12 Bens mountains, which was ideal for us. House was spotlessly clean and perfectly suited the needs of four adults. Easy to locate house and get access, and host's communication was perfect right from the time of booking. The heater was in the kitchen and seemed to give off some fumes when it came on initially, which meant eating in the kitchen the first night wasn't pleasant. Though to be fair, this seemed to settle down later on in the stay and we by breakfast on the second day it seemed to have resolved itself. All in all this was a lovely house in a perfect location for visiting Clifden and as a base for hiking and climbing in the local mountain ranges and I would highly recommend it.
Booked this cottage for a quiet Christmas with family. Overall, a great spot to get away (just you and the sheep!). Bedrooms and living spaces were cozy and comfortable. Communication with Love Connemara Cottages (in advance) and host (during stay) was prompt. Would have appreciated clearer instructions on appliances like hot water heater and laundry machines.
