The kitchen, living room, main bathroom, utility room, and three bedrooms are on the ground floor level. Upstairs is a reading area and an additional bathroom. The kitchen includes the dining area with large dining table and dining seating for six persons. The kitchen equipment includes electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The adjoining utility room houses a microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room includes comfortable modern furniture, open fire, and multi-channel smart TV, and offers views of the surrounding countryside, boglands and Errisbeg hill in the distance. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed and offers views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a double bedroom, and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom.
