If you need a BIG PLACE for big group, this is great, You have alot of space to move around, Rooms are spacious, Kitchen have also is great for cooking. Check in - Easy 5/5 Communication-Easy 5/5 Host -5/5 (no problem or concern) Neighborhood- 5/5 (Peaceful and Very nice Neighbors) Is say this is the best part. They even made us baked banana bread wishing us congratulations! How sweet is that? Very welcoming neighbors! Location- 4 miles to downtown. Accessible to everything you need. Interior- 4.5/ 5 (It's not very aesthetic like other Air Bnbs, Its very home feel. But its comfortable. We stayed in the main room main floor which has so much space and bathroom is so big. Ameneties-- Laundry available, Firepit outside, Netflix.. You have to bring your own toiletries as what is available is basic. I wish for a house this nice and big they can have more Aesthetics for an Air BNB, maybe better available toiletries, add some funs stuff to do otherwise Great stay!

The house itself is very nice, on a quiet cul-de-sac and conveniently located to Old Town and Balloon Fiesta field. Owner is quick to respond. The beds slept well but are all really low, and the furniture, towels, and toilet paper should be better quality. The downstairs shower has a sauna which is really nice, but needs a shelf or shower caddy, and the ceiling shower heads are clogged and don’t work properly. We enjoyed our stay though and would stay here again.

Pros – Nice neighborhood. House layout functional. Cons- 1. Bugs everywhere, especially windowsills, doors, MBR tub, & kitchen. 2. Only 1 threadbare towel each. 3. The kitchen was minimally outfitted. No way to prepare/bake/serve food (we borrowed extensively from relatives). 4. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The sofa was literally resting on stones (stubbed toes). Uncomfortable place to hang out together. 5. Spotty internet. Didn’t work in the MBR at all. 6. No cable or TV service, other than our own streaming service. 7. MBR toilet closet had no lighting. 8. No toilet seat cover in upstairs bathroom. 9. Beds are extremely low to the ground. 10. Furnishings were most inexpensive possible. We reached out to Uyen for assistance with: 1. MBR toilet closet light bulb was only accessible with a ladder. Request ignored. 2. Bugs– we were offered a cleaning service to check it out. Didn't happen. 3. Kitchen & towels were described as "these were shown as advertised."
