Recently renovated home includes a large kitchen, living room with queen size pull-out sofa, 2 private bedrooms (one with attached private half bathroom) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The town of Silver Plume is a quiet community, with a mix of local residents and visitors. Silver Plume is surrounded by tall peaks, and offers endless recreational opportunities including hiking trails right out the front door.
The town of Silver Plume is very small. There is free private parking available in front of the house. There is a cocktail bar open Friday- Sunday as well as a coffee shop open Thursday- Sunday very short walking distance away. There are many restaurants open 7 days a week located a short drive away (5 mins) in the neighboring town of Georgetown. Loveland Ski Area is only a 10 mile drive away, and offers free parking.
