The host was very responsive and when we were missing a gas tank for our grill. The management team immediately went out and got it for us. They came and cleaned our pool and jacuzzi everyday as well.

This location is a diamond in the rough literally. From the entrance of the neighborhood you would not think this home existed. It’s nestled in between two other homes. Nice layout, rooms are small except for the one upstairs with the three bunk beds. We loved the two kitchens. Upon arrival, We noticed a few items of concern. The property manager was very responsive. He came out the next morning as he stated he would. He blessed the children with lots of pool toys, I guess as a substitution for the inconvenience of the game tables which they throughly enjoyed the remainder of the stay. The neighbors have cats that are very curious to say the least. They will climb the fence to get into the backyard. My family loved the outdoor patio space/ pool/hot tub and grill, that is where we spent most of our time when we were on location. This house is 15-39 minutes to the beach/shopping. Overall, the place was clean and maintained. I would recommend this location to large groups.

Overall great stay! They were super flexible with check in / check out, clean place, expectations of the house were set high due to how its presented online and it passed with flying colors!!
