Beautiful Condo Great Host It’s A Must Book !

location as view from the condo are great. Parking is convient. All the rest is terrible. Condo not very clean and not well looked after. Cheaply furnished and poorly maintained. walls needs a paint job. Carpets need deep cleaning. Reclining chair is with tape and is ripped from everywhere. One bed is very very uncomfortable. Beds and pillow covers need replacement. Curtains are not fully covering the windows. Dyson not working. Kitchen ustensiles are rudimentary. Very cheap cooking basics which were not there when we arrived. Bed sheets needed replacement. Towels are with ink or other leftover…Remote controls not working. Not a good deal.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The views were absolutely beautiful. Sylvanus was very responsive when speaking to my fiance. As a whole the place was nice enough for my stay. I would be mindful that the beds are NOT very comfortable, the bed covering is clearly aged and needs replacement, the chairs are torn as well. Parking garage was a bit confusing at first. Outside of those things, building is nice, lots of dogs around, eateries nearby, and Starbucks downstairs. Sylvanus did reach out when he was contacted to provide clarity.

We needed a place for a business trip, and this worked out great. It is a densely populated area, so included parking was a plus. This place is on the 34th floor with a great view. Depending on your reason for staying, just about anything you need is within walking distance.
