Excellent place, location and both private and shared pool were nice! We really appreciated the included daily housekeeping to keep the house clean. The only suggestion we have is to fix the sliding doors leading to the private pool since it doesn’t lock and have a child lock or door security guard on the front door leading to the shared pool. We were very concerned the kids could step out to the pool unsupervised any time. Other than that we had a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Tulum. The apt was more spacious that it looks, and just as beautiful. Perfect location between the beach and town, with great access to both. Lovely amenities and hosts in the building. Fernando is the best!

I’m very happy with this this experience. Fernando was extremely helpful. The place is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and very safe (24 hour security guard at the entrance). Loved the private pool. Would definitely stay here again! One recommendation for visitors… the local roads are confusing and often unmarked/unnamed. Be sure to have GPS for navigation (download offline maps). Scooters are very convenient for access to local restaurants and shops, the downtown area, and the beaches.
