Amazing apartment and an amazing host. The property was immaculate and exactly as shown. The location is fantastic with a 5-minute walk to the train station and the beach... We spend a lot of time in various AirBnBs around the world and this is one of our top picks for sure.. Greatly recommended to all ...!!!!! Thanks for such a lovely stay,,, !! we will be back...

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this brand new accommodation in the first sea line. It has everything that you may need for a long-term stay - fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, smart TV, a large terrace with an amazing sea view, modern furniture, and stable high-speed Internet so that I could work remotely. This accommodation is located close to the railway station and to the beach (~5 minutes), as well as to the city center of Mataro. It takes just around 45 minutes to get to the city center of Barcelona, and trains operate between early morning and ~23:00 in the evening. You can also find a lot of different restaurants both in the city center and beside the sea. There's a supermarket just behind the corner, and some more shops in 10 min walk in the city center. On Saturdays, they also have a big market nearby where you can find cheap vegetables and fruits. Mar was a welcoming and kind in the conversations, and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. Highly recommend
