Elevated wooden decks connect different parts of the house on which you have couches and hammocks perfect for relaxing under the trees. Part of the pool area includes the "MIRANTE" (an elevated observation deck) can be reached by a flight of stairs. The house has two living rooms, one main living room with two spacious sofas and a large TV, perfect for everyone to hang out. The other living room is smaller, more intimate and closer to the bedrooms, furnished with a sofa, low chairs and a TV. The dinning room is off the main living room. The house has 2 kitchens, one in the dinning room equipped with its own counter top stove, sink and refrigerator. The other larger kitchen is located next to the dinning area in a separate structure. The property has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master suite with a king sized bed, its own spacious bathroom, private garden, outdoor shower and deck. The other rooms are on the opposite side of the house by the pool area; they are made up of 2 suites (full bathroom each) with a queen bed and a private deck facing the garden, and 2 rooms sharing a full bathroom and a private deck, both of which have 2 single sized beds, but one of which whose bed may be joined to create one queen sized bed. All rooms have their own ventilating ceiling fan and are integrated within the gardens with a fresh breeze. The residence is equipped with satellite TV. There is Internet WiFi access throughout the property. Included in the rental are an efficient housekeeper and caretaker that will be available on a daily basis. A cook is also available for an additional fee upon request for breakfast and lunch only.
