Our family had a wonderful time staying at Caleb’s place. What a great location, with a short walk to the beach. The provided wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very helpful. We loved heading to the beach for sunset and then walk the quiet neighborhood. There was also a lot of sitting out at the pool or on the front deck too. Was very thankful for the grill! We hope to stay at Caleb’s place again in the future!

We had a relaxing vacation time. The walking proximity to the beach entrance is great. The beach itself is pristine, and beautiful. The home is spacious, and it is wonderful to be able to sit on the large balcony for coffee in the mornings. Quiet neighborhood which is perfect to unwind away from the city.

We loved our stay! This is such a great location in IRB with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and parks. We loved walking to Indian Rocks Cafe every morning for breakfast and coffee before hitting the beach. The pool is so nice!! We loved having the shallow ledge for our toddler and baby. The place was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a 5 month old with us and it was so nice there was a pack n play for us to use. Caleb was also very responsive to all of our needs! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location! Host always responded quickly and was friendly and helpful! The house had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We were all set to relax and have fun as soon as we arrived.
