Well it was one of those experiences you learn much of it. The place is located high in the mountains with clean and fresh air. The problem is that not the whole place is provided, instead the yard is shared with other tenants, and almost everything (playing in the yard, touching the pets, touching the decorations in the yard) are restricted. The rooms and kitchen are quite small, and some windows of the rooms are looking to the next room, not the outside (not seen on photos). The main problem is bedclothes not clean and they and rooms smell with sweat. The host initially was very responsive and polite, but everything changed when we tried to ask her for bedlinen issue. She rudely denied all cooperating attempts. We (10 people with old parents and children) refused even to check in, just left. Special thanks to Airbnb service and stuff for fairly handling these kind of complicated situations. The shared part of the yard was nice, cosy and clean.

Lusine is a delightful host and her guesthouse offers a peaceful and scenic getaway in the beautiful mountains. It's a bit outside of downtown Dilijan but easy and affordable taxis make getting around a breeze. The guesthouse is in a calm and quiet residential neighborhood with nice outdoor seating and even a mini petting zoo, I would highly recommend it.

The host was super friendly and hospitable , lovely place with even a small old museum made by host for visitors . The place is very clean , spacious with spectacular view , our stay went smoothly host even hwlped us with finding taxt and stuff too .
