I've stayed in several homes for work trips to Downtown Albuquerque and this one was my favorite!. The space is very bright, well decorated (love the pineapple motif!), and the kitchen met all of my cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Near Government offices and Convention center surrounded by law offices. 8 mins to Old Town. This place has the makings of a great Airbnb. The walls are thin and you can hear clear conversations in the unit next to you- to the point that I was constantly asking my spouse, "what did you say?". You must love cats. The neighboring unit has a cat that cries like it is in heat. (I'm a pet owner- I get it... but this was insane.) I get it is a shared hot water heater- but we could never get the bathroom or kitchen sinks to have hot water. The place at a glance looks nice. My recommendation- use a buddy system on the ladder, especially at night. Watch your step, there are wires protruding in the front yard along with stumps. There are no clear walkways to the front door. Try to find street parking- the alley is far. Give yourself enough time during check out to walk to the alley to dispose of your trash.

Excellent location! Being walking distance to downtown ABQ was a huge plus. Neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. The stairs to the loft are STEEP... definitely worth keeping in mind if you are afraid of heights or have mobility issues. Overall a great stay for our purposes!

The Modern Vintage Place was a comfortable place to stay during my month visit to Albuquerque for the Thanksgiving holiday time. I was able to continue my work remotely with good, stable internet speed and the area surrounding the place was generally quiet and pleasant. It was nice to be in the Downtown area, close to restaurants and other places to see. It is a walkable area and it was nice to get out and walk around for a while. It was a great stay and a great way to experience Albuquerque!

Modern loft within walking distance of the Convention Center and downtown areas. I stayed here for La Cosecha. This spot is located in a cute, safe neighborhood one block from a coffee shop and food. This place has everything you need and is very comfortable! Everything is beautifully maintained and the hosts were super helpful. Highly recommend this place while noting guests need to have mobility to navigate steep, narrow stairs to the loft. I loved this placed and would come back next conference!
