Welcome to the Lake House! We hope you enjoy your stay here. Nestled in the heart of Ontario cottage country, the cottage is located right on the shore of Star Lake in Seguin Township. The Lake House is available year round. In the summertime, the lake water is welcoming, clean and refreshing, and is perfectly suited for boating, fishing and swimming for all ages. In winter, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing & snowmobiling are possible out the front door. 1)The property is a gentle sloping 2 acre lot. 2)1,175 feet mixed shoreline which includes a private walk on island that has a deck and gazebo, cap rock and natural habitat (like your own private peice of Algonquin Park). 3)Right off the back deck is a sandy beach that eases gently into the lake and boat dock off the rock beside. 4)Sauna facing the long lake sunset views. 5)Year round drive way to cottage. 6)Kayaks are available, many sizes from kids to adults. Canoe, as well a small sail boat. Paddle boat. 2 stand up paddle boards. 7)Small motor boat (2hp motor) great for fishing or trolling. Various size lifejackets available. 8) Tinny (20hp) 4 bed rooms 1.5 bath.
