ROOM (B ) is located on the 2rd floor upstairs with two beds across from the shared bathroom. The ceiling fan light flickers. Use the lamp. To lock the bathroom door look up at the very top of the door for the latch. See in pictures. As you walk in you will see lovely fish tank in the common area, work station and fireplace with a Tv above. Also you will see the stairs to the right after you enter. Additionally fees for over 2 guests. No third party booking! No Booking for others. House being renovated no stove and refrigerator at this time. There is a microwave and one mini refrigerator available in the kitchenette. Two beds queen and full this is not shared with other guest. Your private room with a lock on door. SHORT TERM STAY! WIFI available. This is not the Hilton. Limited amenities.

Great place to live in college park area
The place was next to the C2 bus stop, which goes to the Green line metro connecting to DC. Bedrooms and the shared bathroom were clean. They provided a heater in the bedroom, but there's no central AC. The kitchen didn't have enough cooking stuff, just a mini-fridge and microwave for food storage and heating.
It’s a great set up to stay for a working person. It met all my needs.

Very and friendly area. Corner could be noisy from Main Street of Greenbelt Ave.
Off of 48th Ave make first right on Branchville Ave, then quick right very small street to the house on the end. Not much parking.
Please do not block or park the driveway. Either you can park in front of next door. Free Parking is on Greenbelt Rd. across the street from the corner house.
1.6 miles from University of Maryland College Park, 83 bus line outside the front door. 3.1 mile from Greenbelt subway station, 2.5 mile from beltway mall, the perfect location. College Park Metro 8 minutes away.
