Around the house are several large terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue, so you can always find a lake hook, no matter where the wind is coming from. On the large plot, there is also a cozy fire pit as well as swings, a sandbox and a football goal, so that both children and adults can play. The house is furnished with a combined living/dining area with a nice, well-equipped kitchen in an open connection with a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and TV with Danish and one German channel (ZDF). The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping places are in a separate section added in 2009 and spread over 4 fine bedrooms: 3 with double beds and 1 with a double bunk bed, a total of 8 sleeping places. In addition, there is a cozy loft with 2 single beds. Two small but well-furnished bathrooms, both with shower and underfloor heating, one also with washing machine. Wireless Internet. The area around Øer is a beautiful natural area with forest, fields and beach, which invites you to jog and cycle. There is also a mountain bike course in the area. The house is located approx. 5 minutes drive from Ebeltoft town with many exciting activities and a cozy market town environment. Can comfortably fit up to 8 people
