This lovely and extremely well-maintained small holiday house has the most beautiful location on the marina itself at Bønnerup Strand with a panoramic view of the Kattegat. The house has fine, screened wooden terraces to the north and south, so you can always find both sun and shelter. There is good garden furniture, parasol and barbecue as well as an outdoor fish cleaning area. For the children, there is a large, well-designed playground just 25 meters away. From the entrance hall you enter the bright family room with living room and kitchen in an open connection and access to a terrace with a view of the marina. There is a dining area for 4 people, TV with Danish (incl. TV2) and German channels and radio. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave and fridge/freezer. From here, stairs lead to a loft, which is furnished with a lounge/view room, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a toilet. In the spacious hallway, there is a "hidden/wall-hung" double bed that can easily be folded out, so that the hallway functions as a bedroom for 2 people. In addition, here is the entrance to a fine tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The whole house has underfloor heating and is well insulated, so it can be lived in all year round. There is internet access. Bønnerup Strand offers a child-friendly sandy beach with sandbanks - right next to the fresh waves of the Kattegat. In the almost new marina and in the fishing port, there is a buzz of life with small restaurants, shops and, of course, the fishing boats that land fresh fish every day.
