Meu nome é Thel, sou de Mirassol comerciante aqui interior de SP ha mais de 20 anos. Iniciei com aluguel de Temporada em imóvel próprio em 2010 em 2014 que comecei a ajudar meus vizinhos de prédio levando clientes para os aptos deles também. Hoje administro com muito carinho e dedicação mais de 30 imóveis em Ubatuba a maioria deles na Praia Grande, Toninhas, Tenorio e Itaguá, a locação por temporada ganhou meu coração, amigos e hospedes fiéis.
