Angel was a great host! He communicated with us for our time of arrival and met us there and explained everything regarding the house. Convenient for hiking, golf and bicycling. Would definitely return.

For my wife and I the most important factor we consider in our travels when renting is the level of noise. It was wonderfully quiet at Angel's place. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is literally one mile from the South Mountain Park trailhead on s. 19th (which one can walk to). It is also about 20 minutes from the airport. Phoenix is a very easy place to drive, so even though the location is kind of far from many things that my wife and I did in Phoenix, the distance was not an issue for us. When we arrived we wanted to watch (gasp!) TV, but like many so-called smart TV's, we were unable to do so. Angel showed up about 20 minutes later with an antenna that solved the issue. The only thing a little lacking was the absence of things like margarine, non-dairy creamer, condiments, etc. which we have had in other airbnb units. Last, Angel is a very warm and friendly person.

Thank you Angel for the lovely stay. It was very accommodating and the room was very clean. We loved that it was in a gated area close to the mountains. Angel even checked in on us to make sure we were okay. We will definitely stay again soon!

Place was great very private everything was dress right dress from the placing of the forks to the towels you can tell he goes the extra mile!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Angels place. It was what some call a mother-n-Law Suite and could not have been more perfect for our needs. In fact, my wife mentioned during the stay that she wanted to remodel our own kitchen after seeing this new property and all new appliances. Angel was also a very nice man and obviously cared about whether our needs were being met during our time in his guest house. I would definitely stay there again.
