A beautiful bright room with private bathroom and tea station, overlooking our garden. This beautiful Victorian house is our family home and a heaven from the bustle of London life - yet only 15min tube ride to the centre and well connected to other areas of London. A place to step back and replenish. We have a beautiful kitchen and a charming garden to be accessed in the morning. This is our home, a nurturing, creative environment that we enjoy sharing with like-minded people. - The room is light and peaceful, overlooking our garden. It is on its own floor so has a more private feel than the other rooms. It has its own fantastic ensuite bathroom, with a lovely strong shower. - There is plenty of space in the room for your clothes and bags and space is available for you to store your own breakfast things and drinks in the pantry room just before the kitchen entrance. - There is also a tea and coffee station in your room provided with English breakfast tea and coffee. Oat flakes and cereals are also available for breakfast.

We are off Brixton Hill, a leafier and more residential part of Brixton but with great pubs and cafes on our doorstep. There's Blank around the corner, an excellent coffee spot.
And of course you have Brixton village a short distance away - a vibrant and exciting market with a huge selection of world foods on offer. In recent years it has become a major hangout spot with its coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shops, its fantastic independent Cinema, and world famous music venues.
Then theres Clapham Common almost the same distance in the other direction. Clapham is one of the best places to live in London - it has something for everyone! A great range of shops, bars and clubs as well as more upmarket and family oriented cafes and restaurants.
We are 12 minutes walk from Brixton tube (Victoria line - 15 mins from Victoria Station) and Clapham North (Northern Line). There are dozens of frequent buses into town.

Hi there, I am Dyana and I live with my 9yo child and our cat Kira. I work in the arts both as an art practitioner, curator as well as a birth and postnatal doula. This is our home and a special house to be in. We love to host and meet like-minded people and we hope your stay here will nurture your while in London.
