Everything was great! I mentioned to the owner that the floors were very dirty so that he could address it with the cleaning crew. :)

Details Matter! When we walked into the unit, there was a slight musty odor, but not too excessive. The floors were wood and appeared cleaned, but were very tacky/sticky when you walked on them. You enter the home into the living and kitchen areas. Rags (looked dirty and worn) were left on the handle of the stove, coffee left in the coffee pot, trash in the kitchen trash can, missing light bulbs (living, downstairs bedroom, upstairs bedroom, and laundry area), some of the linen appeared worn in the linen closets, no night stands in the downstairs bedroom, and unfolded linen (not sure if clean or dirty) in the laundry area. Kitchen utensils were worn. Pictures definitely portrayed this home in a better condition than it actually was. There were no pictures of the outside. The yard was basically weeds and an unpaved driveway. The surrounding homes were well kept. Some basic maintenance and focus on cleaning would make this a very nice unit. Details really do Matter!
