The Appartment is centrally located, exactly as described and Simona was a terrific host, she was responsive, very helpful and very clear. She sorted getting the car into the restricted zone with no trouble at all, made some great recommendations and left us to enjoy our visit!

Great central location next to good bars, restaurants and places of interest. Peaceful at night time and situated in a quiet area. would recommend!

L’apartament estava molt bé, cèntric però en un carrer tranquil, ideal per anar amb família i visitar Mòdena. La Simona ens ha aconsellat i atès molt bé en tot moment. Molt recomanable!

Non lo augurerei al mio peggior ti offrono la soluzione che con 20 euro in più puoi fare il check-in dopo le 19 quando poi alle 23 ti dicono che il check in non si può più fare e ho dovuto prendere un albergo fuori per una notte considerando il fatto che mi hanno promesso il risarcimento di quel giorno ma oggi vengo a scoprire che il loro titolare non ha autorizzato niente di tutto ciò mi sono rivolto all associazione consumatori quindi state bene attenti prima di prenotare in questo posto

The place was large with many rooms. The shutters could open, once we worked out how. Facilities in the kitchen good. We could walk to all the sites and restaurants. People in the town were friendly and helpful. Not as many tourists as some places - I think the mostly day trippers. They had a 3 day festival when we were there and also we were able to attend a lovely Baroque concert in a church. Recommend if you come check out the current events. Museo Estense was very extensive.
