Very nice apartment located near the lighthouse of Roses, with community pool and magnificent panoramic views of the bay of Roses. It consists of a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. It also has a large and beautiful terrace, accessible from the living-dining room and from the master bedroom. To take full advantage of the outdoors, it is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas griddle. This apartment, decorated with great taste, offers all the necessary comfort for your holidays: satellite television, reversible air conditioning in the living room, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The residence has community parking (no private space) and a beautiful swimming pool with sea view. Stairs provide access to the Roses walkway and the rocks. Located in a quiet and family residence, this apartment is ideal for spending holidays as a couple or as a family. Pets, smokers and groups of young people are not allowed.

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, bien équipé, bien décoré. Terrasse spacieuse, vue mer incroyable (y compris depuis la chambre parentale). En cette saison nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, mais ce doit être un vrai plus en été. Literie confortable et stationnement facile. Petit soucis technique rencontré en cours de séjour, mais traité sans délai et avec beaucoup de professionnalisme par Gwenn (très disponible et très réactive, bravo et merci).
Excelleront séjour. Je recommande chaudement!
The apartment at Las Rocas was excellent. great location and apartment was in great condition. The views from the balcony and from Master bedroom were incredible. Easy access and parking near the apartment. What I would say is that it is incredibly important, is that they do not include any blankets or linens. They charge extra if you want blankets and towels. I found this to be misleading. Who travels from abroad and carries linens? Other than that, it was a great experience.
