Words & photos don't do this house and view justice. It's absolutely breathtaking. Worth every cent to stay here and wake up to the monkey and jungle sounds, and see the ocean views. And althoug you're in the middle of the jungle, the house is very well cared for, clean and high quality style. Adriana & Patrick were extremely responsive and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. All of their recs were spot on and made our stay extra special. 4x4 is required, however a few minutes drive down the mountain to Playa Dominicalito, ~7 min drive to Dominical and 10 min to Uvita. The perfect location for us (2 families with young children.) We will 100% be back! Gracias por todo!

Patrick and Adriana were incredible hosts. The Villa Kanik was absolutely beautiful and allowed everyone to see Costa Rica from an amazing space. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive. Adriana helped us get everything we wanted out of our trip. We had private chefs come in a couple of nights to make us dinner and masseuse’s delivered incredible spa services. The Villa is in a quiet mountain with a stunning view of the ocean and it was just a 5 minute drive into Playa Dominical. Early in the mornings we even got to see tiny monkeys playing in the tree’s near the villa. Any questions we had during our trip were answered in a quick manner by the hosts and they would periodically check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our trip to Costa Rica was nothing short of amazing and the Villa Kanik was a great place to call home for a week. I would recommend staying here to anyone that is interested in getting to see where the Jungle meets the Sea.

Had a great stay at Villa Kanik. We spent a lot of time in the home as it was so peaceful and relaxing. Adriana was our point of contact and she was always responsive to our messages and questions before and during our stay. Jussy the cleaner was awesome, in nearly every morning making sure the place was spotless and letting us truly relax as we knew she had things well in hand. Google maps is your friend getting to the house. Power does go out from time to time but this is to be expected in Costa Rica and up in the hills. There's a ton to do in the surrounding Dominical, Uvita and Quepos. The Kitchen was well supplied with all the items we needed to cook up meals throughout the stay.

Our family of four, plus the two grandmas, had such a memorable experience at Villa Kañik. We knew that this multigenerational trip was going to have to be a bit less active (though there is plenty to do in/near Dominical for those seeking adventure), and this was such a lovely place to appreciate the beauty and peace of Costa Rica. The house is clean, modern, and beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. We loved relaxing outside, listening to the sounds of the jungle, and spotting monkeys and toucans in the surrounding trees. Adriana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, and offered many helpful recommendations. We arranged to have the housekeeper/cook, Jussy, cook breakfast on our first and last mornings. It felt really special to eat typical Costa Rican food, while surrounded by the sights and sounds of this very beautiful home in Dominical. We loved our stay at Villa Kañik, and were thankful to have such a wonderful time there with our family.

This beautiful villa in Dominicalito was absolutely perfect! The setting was peaceful and private and we enjoyed the beautiful sounds of the jungle especially in the morning. It is also incredibly close to so many fabulous restaurants in Dominical. We took advantage every morning of The Shala yoga as well just at the bottom of the hill. The villa was beautiful, pristinely well kept and wonderfully decorated. We loved our time!
