1) A very long check-in, although I warned when I would arrive, but I waited on the street for 1.5 hours until I was met. 2) The host unexpectedly charged me an additional fee for cleaning in cash, and did not want to check in the apartment until I paid them. 3) The apartment was not cleaned when I checked in. The tub was dirty from past guests. 4) The switch was broken, pillows were torn, curtains were torn. I wrote to the host about some things, but he never fixed anything. 5) The host did not make an additional cleaning, for which he charged me money when checking in. 6) The apartment constantly smelled damp and mildew. 7) The bed linen was of very poor quality, not pleasant to the body and all covered with pellets. 8) When checking out, the host accused me that I tore the curtain, although he did not provide any evidence that the curtain was intact before me. 9) The apartment is in poor condition, there are a lot of brown spots on the walls and ceiling.

Everything was okay except about their checkout policy and deposit refund. If you checkout after 1 pm, they won't pay you back and they clearly mentioned in policy also. I did check out at 1.20pm they didn't pay back as they mentioned in policy. These policies they can change it or reconsider it. I forgot my goster over there and asked them check it out and no response from them. Except these things everything was perfect.
