What a comfortable stay! I was so happy to arrive to such a cozy vintage home, it was clean, cute and really comfortable! Kami is an excellent host too, I would highly recommend this home for as little as 1 person or as many as 4 its large and perfect for a family also. I forgot my bible so I especially appreciated that there was one in the home to use. The laundry access was a bonus as well, means you don’t have to pack as much! Thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility also I really appreciate that so much.

This is a rare find in the Airbnb world. Kami is an incredibly responsive host who obviously attends to details, both functionally and aesthetically. Super clean space with unique historic and aesthetic charm if you care about such things. We’d return in a heartbeat, as a couple or with additional people in the two extra bedrooms.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. So clean. Very easy to get to. There is a beautiful park with a pond full of ducks just a few blocks away. The whole house is neat and clean. And warm (it was snowing outside). I expect to be for my next visit to the area.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kami’s and will be staying a third time when returning next month. There are 5 main reason why I will book this house every chance I get. 1)It is immaculately clean—You can tell that she does the cleaning rather than hiring a crew. 2)I have allergies to many things including cat dander, house dust, perfumes, and chemical odors & when staying here, I have no symptoms. 3)The climate control system is effective and reaches the master bedroom very well. 4)I work from home and have found that the environment is quiet, Wi-Fi is sufficient, & there are a few different locations within the home to rotate amongst. (If silence and solitude are important to you, make sure you pay a surcharge to have her book the downstairs apartment for your use as well. Though, it does have a separate entrance & might not bother you.) 5)This 1940s home is cute, quaint, cozy, comfortable & for me, fun to stay in because it is different than the typical modern home.

This home is immaculate and Kami takes care of all details. We come to Greeley a few times each year and we always stay in this home if it is available. It is so spacious for my husband to work remotely, and for me to watercolor paint and read. It is so relaxing and we walk in the beautiful nearby Glenmere Park. We love cooking in the nice kitchen and having our son over to visit. It’s the perfect place for us and I love having the two bathrooms. They are both squeaky clean too. Seriously, you’ll see no stains, hair, mold, etc., in these bathrooms. I appreciate that all bedding down to the mattress covers are freshly washed after each guest. The laundry room is super nice and clean and everything we need is provided. It’s a vacation away from home while we visit our son, who attends UNC.
