We are thrilled to share this space with visitors to our area. A totally refurbished grain tower that was converted to a modern architectural gem by Irace Architecture in 2021. Think of this as a hotel suite rather than an apartment as there is no full kitchen because we want you to take advantage of the plethora of amazing restaurants and eateries in Warwick. Guests will have access via a private entrance to the top two floors of the building. Lots of stairs will keep you in shape for your visit. The entry foyer is also a separate Work space with desk and library of books if you find some time to read or do some work. On floor 3, you'll find a kitchenette with coffee maker, small fridge and microwave plus a full bathroom with shower . In the same foyer you'll also find two bright well appointed carpeted bedrooms with super comfy queen size beds, large windows, seating, closets and curtains for privacy. Head up to the fourth floor and find a large sun soaked den with oversized windows with views of mountains (Appalachian trail), train tracks, wawayanda river, and amazing sunsets. There is a dining table for 4, couch, day bed, smart tv, plus a door to your own private roof deck!! Sip some morning coffee or evening wine on two Adirondack chairs that face down town Warwick. You'll see lots of rooftops as this guest space is actually the highest floor in the town! Extra beautiful at night watching stars and beautiful lit up roof tops from bustling village nightlife. The building is situated along the Wawayanda River and freight train tracks - once or twice a day (weekdays) train will go by and can be loud but very exciting!
