Jones was very friendly and quick to respond 4/5 times. He even got as a brand new drying rack when we asked! They've done soo well with the space, had almost everything we needed (needed to buy a can opener). It is very well equipped. There were a few teething problems, the washing machine wasn't plugged in or water turned on but we managed to figure it out between us. There was no hot water at first but Jones sorted that for us pretty quickly and we found it was fine as long as the shower was turned on full heat. There was a pretty bad leak dripping from the ceiling in the bedroom and unfortunately we didn't get any response to this despite sending messages and photos, but we just put a bucket out so the floor didn't get wet. All in all this was really good value for money. Great place to stay for a week or so 😊👍

We stayed here one night whilst attending a family event. Absolutely lovely host, really friendly. Great place for a night. Thank you very much
