All brand new everything: family games, appliances, and washer/dryer, that’s shared with upper level. Forgot your personal hygiene items, no worries! There are individually wrapped toothbrushes, combs, toothpaste, and dental picks/flossers. High speed wifi/internet. Security cameras only placed on the exterior of the entrance doors. Electronic passcode locks. The space has recently been renovated and has new carpet, windows, kitchen appliances, and utensils

Definitely the best host we ever had! He reserved the dates for us even though the dates were uncertain on our end. He even gave us a very reasonable price, and the place was amazing and felt right at home! And when we had questions or comments, Peter promptly would answer. Nice quiet neighborhood. Apartment is located just off Breitung Ave, very easy to find.
Parking and entering for this apartment is located in the front of the residence. Parking along the streets in the winter is allowed as long as it does not snow during the evening. Parking can also be done by pulling up along side the residence towards the outdoor shed.
