Enjoy your stay in Rome at my apartment just a five-minute walk from the metro B stop Policlinico. From the coffee machine to a variety of complimentary snacks, from the Smart TV to the AC in every room: the apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort to guarantee you a stay full of relaxation. Guests can relax at the panoramic terrace located at the ninth floor of the building. Sapienza University and the Umberto I Hospital are located in the nearby. The apartment, which was completely renovated in September 2023, is composed of: • a living room with double sofa bed (already prepared in case there are more than four guests, we're going to prepare it on request if there're less than four guests) and kitchenette • two bedrooms with king-size beds • a sitting room with a TV corner • a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, a bidet, a shower cubicle and a washer dryer In each room there are splitters for air conditioning and heat pump heating. Guests will be able to access to the rooftop which offers a beautiful view over the city. The kitchen is equipped with: • a sink • an induction hob • a dishwasher • a microwave • a fridge with freezer compartment • a Nespresso coffee machine • a Krups hot water boiler • bins for separate waste collection All beds are equipped with wireless chargers (QI standard). For guests who will be sleeping on the sofa bed, wireless chargers are placed on the hob next to the kettle. As a welcome, we offer guests a free supply of capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen as well as a selection of biscuits and tea filters. The TV use is included in the price and is equipped with Netflix and Prime Video subscriptions.
