Everything in my stay was great. The apartment is very nice, and you can feel at home. The furniture is new and the view in the balcony is great. Also I enjoyed the amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi and pool. I like to swimming and the pool is very big and pretty wich was perfect for it. There are not many people in the building for me is a plus because you can enjoy everything with privacy. Jaime was very attentive all the time. There is a construction building in front, but it is not noisy you really don't notice it.

We left the unit half way through the reservstion... While the unit was as pictured, there were big issues with maintence. We had NO hot water for our stay and the pool was drained for repairs randomly which it the reason we booked this rental. There was no mention of the construction rightnnext door - it is loud, starts early and goes alllll day so you can not enjoy the balcony. In addition there was a loud party we could hear very well one weeknight and our internal unit phone rang at 1am (unfortunately I could not understand the Spanish on the other end) and woke us up too. While I doubt this is the norm for their unit, it was all the above and some cleanliness issues were a deal breaker for us to continue our stay. The property manger really did try his best to rectify the hot water situation, and made multiple visits - unfortunately no luck. In a positive light the unit is spacious, the beds are comfy and the unit is in amazing location next to the mall!
