House was beautiful and exactly what we were expecting. Stayed three days for a convention and was able to easily walk to the convention center (or about a $7 Uber ride if raining). Very good location for accessing all that Raleigh has to offer.

Nice place! The house looks exactly like in the pictures. The bed was soft but comfy. We loved all the beautiful windows all the way around the house. The kitchen hen was spacious and easy to cook in and the shower was so nice. The neighborhood is quickly getting gentrified and is a meld of many communities. There are delicious local restaurants and the Marbles Kids Museum that our kids always enjoy! We had a great time!

A newly constructed modern home with a cute minimalist aesthetic. However, there was a slight problem when my guest and I arrived at the Airbnb; the house wasn't turned down. Nonetheless, the host was super apologetic and explained that there were scheduling errors regarding the cleaning. The host got the house turned down while my guest and I went out for lunch. As a gesture of goodwill, the host graciously applied a discount to our stay due to the inconvenience caused. All in all, my guest and I enjoyed our stay.
