Come explore the historical Grand Rivers and Ky lake at this peaceful getaway just steps from the famous Patti's 1880's restaurant! Sitting a short walk between Ky lake and Lake Barkley, enjoy a weekend filled with boating, shopping, and many other activities nearby. 500ft down the hill is the heart of Grand Rivers boasting many shops and unique dining opportunities including Village Market, Craig’s Dairy Bar, and antique shops within walking distance. And don’t forget The Pink Tractor! We’re located on a quiet street. We have a nice big living room, 3 bedrooms, all with walk in closets, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area for 8, laundry room with washer and dryer. There’s a huge deck out back, and covered patio area. Large covered outdoor table and chairs. Self checkin!

My friends and I had a great time at Chris and Kim's place! Very communicative and friendly hosts!
Great place to stay! Very clean and modern, particularly loved having TV’s, closets and dressers for belongings in each room. Extra supplies provided - quite a few extra touches throughout that were appreciated. Walking distance to shops, harbor and Patti’s restaurant, outstanding! The two extra trundle beds were great also. We had to do a bit of creative parking with 3 bass boats and 3 vehicles but it worked! We will definitely stay again if we come back to Marina Bay area.
This place is perfect for a visit to Grand Rivers! We were able to walk to Patti's for shopping and dinner
LOVE this place! It was even nicer than expected. Many little extras, phone chargers in living room and bedrooms, and even had beautiful Christmas decor and a Christmas tree!!! Very simple, easy to find instructions regarding check-in and check-out. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

Take a walk to the beautiful Lighthouse Marina and Pier. There are bicycles to rent down the street. Many antique stores along with boutiques within walking distance. And the famous Patti’s 1800’s Settlement Restaurant is within 500 feet!
The house is within walking distance of downtown Grand Rivers, where most of the attractions are located. Green Turtle Bay has more restaurants and shops just around the corner, a 2 min car ride. The Lighthouse Marina is within 1/2 mile. Beautiful views. Green Turtle Bay Area is within approx 1/2 mile. We have outdoor seating around a fire pit and a Corn Hole game that’s brand new! Also a covered large outdoor table and chairs. Once again, we are located within walking distance of most of the area attractions! Some of our guests haven’t even used their car after they’ve checked in. 😊
