This place is as advertised. Recently refinished 3 bed, 2 bath on the 17th green in Eaglecrest. Very clean, had everything our party of 6 wanted for the long weekend. No problems with the hot tub, someone used it every night. The house was about a 10 minute stroll to the golf clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

This little chalet was absolutely perfect. It has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and all beds and furniture were comfortable. It fit the 7 of us perfectly. We will return and look for this specific chalet again in the future.

Me and my entire family (4 adults & 3 children) contracted hot tub folliculitis from this host’s hot tub. My son and niece have extremely sensitive skin so they ended up in urgent care and on antibiotics for their extreme rash. Me and my niece then developed yeast infections from the bacteria on our skin. My kids have had to miss school because of this issue and we have had two doctors visits already, along with many pharmacy visits. The worst part is that I contacted them and they were not willing to refund more than $40 for our “inconvenience”, UNDERSTATEMENT. And FYI, we provided all the documented proof from the doctors office and urgent care of the issue and diagnosis as well as pictures. We drove all the way from Southern California to stay here. Vacasa does not care about our health.
