We had a wonderful stay in this flat with my wife and our 3 kids during our 5-days trip in London. Many thanks to Paloma & her team for being proactive with clear instructions.
Our family of four (parents, 3 year old and 9 month old) had a great one night stay. Lily accommodated us very last minute when our pre-arranged air bnb had to cancel due to issues with the bathroom. We were met at the apartment by one of the hosts and check in was very easy. The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. The apartment is really well located for any of the nearby museums and there’s lots of nearby restaurants and cafes to eat at. It was just a short and easy walk from the tube station to the apartment. The apartment itself isn’t luxurious- there’s evidence of water damage in places, cracks in the paint and damage to the blinds and bathroom vanities. This however didn’t impact our stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs.

As a solo female traveller this flat was everything I was looking for. Safe, clean, beautiful and prime location. It was truly brilliant all around and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!
