My girlfriend i was staying with was in crutches and unfortunately the elevator was not working and was not notified of this. Wasnt able to do much in the local area as the journey up and down 4 flights of stairs was too much. Belongings from previous visitors such as empty shampoo bottles and drink bottles were present. Very slow replies from the host. Despite the issues tho the flat was overall lovely and the view is great!

I spent 17 days at Chilla Villa, travelling from Australia to see my elderly mother who had been unwell. The flat is very spacious and comfortable and in an excellent location, near the station (5 minutes walk) with trains into London, and shops, a great variety of restaurants close by, and supermarkets. It was a little noisy at night due to overnight reconstruction work nearby and there was an issue with the lift not working - had it not been for a very helpful resident carrying my 23kg suitcase up the stairs for me and a friend helping me move out, this would have been a big problem. However, the flat does have excellent views. There is a little wear and tear in the flat, but I had a good stay here and was perfectly comfortable. I recommend it for its ideal location and spaciousness.

apartment in a great location! elevator wasn't working as it was on the top floor and it's a horrible thing for anyone with heavy suitcases or mobility problems! They should inform the customer of this, since the advertisement states that there is an elevator!! the apartment is really like the photos, super comfortable, but communication from the landlord is a little slow!! the day before I sent a message saying that I wanted two double beds!! They didn't answer me and when I arrived at the apartment there was simply no hot water in the shower! Okay, they resolved it, but I spent several hours trying to communicate!! so the point that needs to be improved is communication with guests.. other than that everything is wonderful

Lindo apartamento, muito bem localizado! Muito cêntrico, é possível fazer tudo a pé… somente alguns minutinhos caminhando da estação. Fácil acesso, com as informações de como chegar e muito tranquilo. Super recomendo, o anfitrião foi atencioso! Com certeza voltarei!!!
