This has always been an amazing place and has even got better recently. But disappointed that security and staff didn’t do enough to stop the stup*d few who come there to cause trouble. There was a group sat by the pool playing music and making all sorts of nuisance until 4am. They turned down the music anytime the security went to them but straight up when he left. They finally went into their room at 4am and stared blasting music with a speaker on the balcony. I feel security need to have a plan to deal with random cases like this so their “enjoyment “ doesn’t ruin it for everyone.
