Our group had a great stay at Francesc's place. Fornalutx is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommended for people who want to find a getaway surrounded by nature and mountains.

Where do I start with this place …. Just heaven! The pictures do not do the exterior justice at all. Myself, husband and 2 children had the most incredible stay here! Picking fresh fruit, enjoying the walks, feeding the donkey, dipping in the pool and kids playing in the playhouse. The house is spacious and well equipped. The pool for us was perfect with a small child and the baby part. The views are breathtaking and Fornalutx is just the best kept secret ever!!! Get us back ASAP !!

This place is set in the most beautiful mountains. It is really stunning and so quiet. Just the sounds of the sheep bells, peacocks and Alfred the donkey he hawing over the road. The place is dated as mentioned in other reviews but we didn’t mind that. The tricky thing for us was no aircon in high temps. The pool was stunning and we loved using it. Fornalutx is so beautiful, lovely little streets to wander, beautiful bakery where we had the best almond croissant! Also lovely restaurants in the square and up the hill. Fully recommend Es Turo- amazing paella and sangria! If this house gets air con we will be back like a shot!

Un petit paradis dans un village dans . La petite piscine est agréable lors des grandes chaleurs. Le vent de la montagne rafraichit la nuit. Les petits restaurants très sympas sont à 15 min de marches. Les murs en pierres sèches, les oliviers, citronniers, orangers sont un régal pour les yeux. Les deux extérieux permettent de manger dehors le midi ou le soir. Petit super marché au village pour se ravitailler. L'eau de la maison était potable et fraiche. La route qui mène à la maison est étroite mais notre 5008 est passé sans soucis, on s'habitue rapidement et le fait d'être isolé est ici je trouve un avantage (pas de bruit de route, ni d'avion, c'est très calme). La décoration n'était pas très moderne mais ce n'était pas très important. Le calme, l'isolement (sans exagérer) et la piscine sont les 3 grands atouts de cette maison.
