Light-flooded 120 m2 apartment in a quiet location with balcony including parking space and a view of the mountains. With 3 bedrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with separate toilet and a large living area, the apartment offers plenty of space to relax after a long day. We are in close proximity to nature but also to the sights. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Public transport is right in front of the house. On 120 m2 of living space you will find a total of 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen with seating including dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom and the toilet have recently been renovated and there is a high-quality parquet floor throughout the apartment. Furthermore, outside the kitchen there is another dining area and the living room with a flat-screen TV and a sound system with hanging speakers. This s is a pet and smoke free apartment.

Simona has been a very nice host. Her flat is spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equiped. The view from the balcony is stunning! It is located in a very quiet area of Innsbruck. The heart of the city is reachable within 25/30min by foot or by Bus that we can take at the corner of the street. I recommend it !

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Simona was a great hostess and gave all the info we needed. We were able to check in and out with great flexibility. The only negative was the apartments proximity to the manured fields, which made it more difficult to ventilate. This was however very minor and out of the hostess' control so the positives of the stay greatly outweighted the negative. I would both recommend this apartment and the hostess to anyone who is looking for a relaxed and calm place to stay after discovering beautiful Innsbruck and the nearby mountains.

Simona is a great host who responded to any messages without delay in a professional, friendly manner. The apartment was even more spacious than we had anticipated from the photos/description and was perfect for our needs (4 adults and one child). Although it is located a little outside the centre of Innsbruck, the public transport system is so good that we had no problems getting around with the K bus stop just a few minutes walk from the flat. Upon Simona's recommendation, we had a lovely walk from the flat one morning up to the top of the ski jump which can be seen from the apartment. Another day we walked into town and up to the Zoo on the other side of Innsbruck. There are plenty of options from the main bus station to get buses up to the mountains. The purpose of our visit was to go to the Tiroler Landestheater and the theatre didn't disappoint. For a provincial theatre, the performances were exceptional. We had a wonderful trip and would happily return to Simona's place.

Due to our central location, a car is not essential to explore the city and the surrounding area. Everything can be reached on foot or by public transport within a short time.
Within a few minutes you can walk to the wooded Paschberg behind your apartment or you can take public transport, which stops right in front of the apartment, both into the city and into the mountains for skiing or hiking.
