We stayed at this little gem of a place as my family was attending a rugby festive in Worthing. Very good communication from the moment we booked, sat nav took us straight to the property. The gorgeous house was very clean and spacious, lovely views and very comfy beds which was well needed after a full day of rugby. Each bedroom had a shower and toilet which was really handy, and the showers were powerful and hot. There was 5 of us staying but there would have been plenty of space if we had 8 people. Nice touch to arrive to milk in the fridge, butter, eggs and bread. Really enjoyed our stay and we would 100% go back.

Really great, quaint place at a great value. in a good central location for accessing walks in the south downs and knepp estate. well kitted out place with friendly, helpful hosts
