Place was fantastic overall - there is a little bit of a strange smell to the place. The towels and linens could use updating or a better cleaning.. other than that, the place was very nice. A little larger than the photos looked.

I stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of the best experiences so far. Spacious, clean, easy code/fob system, great communication. Just a gem of an apartment, especially in this location.

If you were new to the city, this is the most perfect location. Union Square is so close with all the trains you need. The apartment itself is so clean and is exactly like the pictures . There are many wash and fold locations close by for your laundry. I would definitely stay here again . Also, there is a hairdryer. Bed and pillows are super comfy and high-quality The apartment is only up two flights of stairs. it is very safe, I did not have to worry about any packages being stolen. The street is quiet considering you are in Manhattan. The host was super responsive and helpful. There is a smart TV. And ample closet space to hang clothing. Really love this space and will be returning. Thank you so much to Constantine!

The apartment was great. Sizable for a NYC studio, and the location is near a bunch of restaurants, supermarket, etc. that makes it easy to go out and enjoy the town.
