The property is serene, very clean and well-maintained, and it is well-situated to get anywhere you want to go in Cape Coral or Fort Meyers. Everything worked as it should, and it felt like we were in vacation from the moment we pulled into the driveway. Distinctive Properties made it all easy with timely and accurate instructions and check-ins. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness details, and the binder on things to do in the area—it was like having a “local” to ask. We’d certainly stay again at the property and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent a property from Distinctive Properties.

The home was truly spectacular. Updated and clean. The house had all its essentials. Incredible! My family and I really had a peaceful and fun time. Close to everything including all water sports.

My Airbnb experience in this house was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a chirping smoke detector, impossible to fix without a ladder. Flies and bugs swarmed the pool deck, forcing me indoors. The pool was filthy, covered in dirt and grime. Despite contacting the property management, the issues remained unresolved. The neighbor revealed a history of maintenance problems, including a missing pool screen. Frustrated, I had to find alternative accommodations. The management's late response couldn't salvage the experience. This Airbnb stay was a disaster, with a lack of maintenance and unresponsiveness.
