My wife, baby, and myself stayed here. This is a large house meant for large groups but I communicated with J&B that it was just us 3. There is a 150 dollar cleanup fee which in the description leads people to believe it will be refunded but ultimately it isn't. When I walked the house nearly every window wasnt closed properly and a few having locks busted out. I secured the place and we literally stayed in 1 bedroom upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs, and didn't use the downstairs or anything else at all. We didn't cook or anything. When I left there was 1 bed that needed to be made which we left since we figured sheets would be changed, there was 1 towel on the bathroom counter, and we 2 food containers in bag in the trash can. Ultimately we left the house the same way we got it except the 3 listed items. The cleaning fee was still 100 dollars. This place might be a deal for a large group but for a small family you might as well rent a multiple rooms in a 4 star hotel.
