très belle appartement sur le port. Il peut convenir parfaitement pour 8 personnes . emplacement idéal pour visiter toute les attractions de gènes ( le port puis en métro pour le reste). nous étions a l'aise a quatre... il y a 3 salles de bain et tout le confort avec le chauffages /clim efficaces. on aurait cependant aimé un peu plus d'attention à notre arrivés ( un petit cadeau) plutôt que de devoir régler en liquide le ménage du départ... ménages qui n'étaient pas parfait (poussières lit , frigo, poils odeur toilette!) dommage qu'il y ai un peu trop de SDF constamment en bas de l'immeuble ce qui donne un sentiment d'insécurité . il y a du bruit même la nuit ( voiture et autre) avec des sonnettes malveillantes , des pompiers mais les chambres sont bien insonorisé et ne donne pas sur la route heureusement. il manquait aussi un peu de luminosité surtout la cuisinemais c'était aussi le fait accentué par l'échafaudage qui empêchait l'ouverture de tous les volets!ideal pour l'emplacement

La casa è molto grande e comoda. È al confine con il centro storico, un quartiere molto multietnico ma a due passi da tutto. ottime osterie, ristoranti e supermercati vicinissimi. L'unica cosa da migliorare secondo me è la qualità delle asciugamani. troppo piccole e sottilissime. si paga un supplemento di 12 euro che sinceramente non vale la pena. Nei negozi vicini si trova di meglio. Per il resto tutto bene. Un 10 e lode per la cucina, attrezzatissima!

Appartamento molto grande e spazioso, Abbiamo affittato l’ alloggio per 8 persone ma è organizzato al meglio per max 6 persone. L’ organizzazione lascia un po’ a desiderare con poca carta igenica, pochi sacchi della spazzatura, rifiniture dei sanitari da sistemare come la lavastoviglie. Presenza di boiler sottodimensionato per 8 persone. La pulizia dell’ appartamento all’ arrivo lasciava un po’ a desiderare ed è sicuramente da migliorare. Posizione strategica per trasporti pubblici con fermata metro sotto l’ appartamento. Manca chiave per accesso pedonale al parcheggio. Un posto auto è troppo poco per un appartamento che occupa fino a un Max di 6/8 persone. Host molto disponibile e molto facile da contattare per qualsiasi problema. Cucina molto grande e spaziosa, appartamento molto luminoso

The apartment itself was very large and the kitchen was fantastic. The host was very responsive and it was very helpful that we had a parking spot available. The only small issue that I had with the apartment itself was the showers. The water pressure and temperature wasn’t the greatest. The only other issue that we had was the neighborhood at night was a little sketchy. There was a metro stop and a bus stop right outside the door so there were always a lot of people outside the main door. The apartment itself was very safe, but I did not feel great walking around at night. It was nice that the bedrooms were in the back so that you did not hear most of the street noise when the windows were closed. Overall it was a really good apartment with the issues you would deal with in a larger city.
