Iolana's Beach House is a very beautiful house newly renovated, with fenced garden and electric gate. It is located in a family easement secured by an entrance gate. A small private road reserved for residents of the easement provides access to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Tahiti. We published the listing several months in advance but the house will be available for bookings from February 2024. Located in Punaauia, PK17.5, at 100 meters from the Carlton beach and 500 meters from the well-known Vaiava PK 18 public beach. The house is composed of: - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (Bedroom 1 : 1 king size bed 200x200cm / Bedroom 2 : 1 large bunk bed with 2 beds sized 140x190cm / Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed 180x200cm with 1 TV) - 2 bathrooms, - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island for meals (4 people) - 1 living room + TV - 1 room as an office and children's games - Board games, beach games, 1 kayak - 1 large deck with sink and dining table (10 people) - WIFI with fiber optic internet (high speed internet) - 1 washing machine and 1 drying machine - 1 covered garage for one car and the possibility of parking several cars in the garden. The house is located in a family easement with access to the beach in just 3 minutes on foot via a private path reserved for residents of the easement. The beach area and the swimming are much more beautiful and clean than the public beach PK 18, Vaiava which is 500 meters away and above all much less crowded which gives it all its charm.

Vai is a lovely host, she is extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and showed us through the house. She even went as far as driving me to a nearby restaurant to get food since we arrived so late and didn’t have a vehicle, bless her! You will be well looked after. On that note, a vehicle is necessary to get around Tahiti (lesson learned for us). Although there are shops nearby, they’re dispersed. The beach is pristine, peaceful, and has a clear view of Moorea. House is perfect for large families. It has everything you need and more. I especially appreciated the cooking basics, beach gear, towels, bathroom amenities, kids activities. It felt like our home, away from home. It can be a little tricky to spot the drive at night, I highly recommend using google maps (Vai provides the exact location upon check in). Māuruuru Vai

This house is about 300 yards 250 meters from a very nice beach with private access. WiFi great coffee great Very accommodating Felt safe and secure Clean Good directions at night to find the house be Vai have great instructions

We had such a wonderful time at Iolana's Beach House. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. It has everything that we need. It's literally a 3 minute walk from the house to get to the most beautiful beach of Tahiti. Its the 2nd time that we stay in one of Vai's House. The first one was Villa Ho'oheno in Papeete and now that beautiful house by the beach. Vai is incredible. She is very fexible and helpful. I would 100% recommend a stay here.
