I cannot say enough about the lovely furnishings and hospitality of the owner. This was a beautiful, new suite in a new construction home. The only thing that kept me from giving a solid 5 stars in all categories was that the entrance required walking through uneven/rutted and rocky/muddy grass on a small hill to enter the basement walkout. There as no keypad lock. Which I would recommend to secure belongings.I would also recommend motion floodlights for entrance in the dark. I wish Nadim future success!

This could be a great rental location. No expense was spared with the furnishings and amenities. We had huge fun with the ping pong table. Very comfortable beds/linens. Upscale 85" television. However, this is a family den that is used as an ad hoc rental and introduces deal-killing shortcomings: 1. The entrance to the space is through an unlocked sliding door (with no key, though it can be locked from within) - offering zero security. Additionally, the sliding door is located at the rear of the house with no footpath, and down a steep dirt-and-stone (slippery mud during rainfall, we learned) hill on the side of the house. No signage means it felt like we were breaking into someone's home and we barely escaped a fall. 2. No separate climate control. Owner has control of temperature and they'll either bake, or you'll freeze. 3. Owner's residence is separated from rental only by a single, interior door. Nadim is very courteous and responsive. The issues, though, are fundamental.

Excellent host, perfectly clean. AMAZING TV! Super comfortable bed! Over-all a great stay!
